I’m a writer-strategist, yoga teacher, and sometimes-pet sitter based in San Diego.

When it comes to work, I specialize in building brands and bringing their identities to life across all the places you interact with them.

When it comes to everything else, I’m a goofball—one who can hold a pretty stellar handstand and happily be your dog’s new cuddle buddy.

Currently, I craft brand and advertising copy at Envoy while keeping my freelance spirit alive. I also write poetry, where the rebel in me comes out to strike a prose.

On occasion, you’ll find me photo journaling behind my Olympus OM-2 film camera (or iPhone I haven’t updated yet). Oh, and I have a mini dachshund named Stevie Nicks who takes about 30 naps a day. She’s my muse.
